The Conversation:

ALEX offers an innovative approach to benefits communication – a Conversation instead of a presentation. ALEX engages with each employee one-on-one. He gathers information specific to that employee and highlights only the most relevant plans. Employees say the experience feels just like there’s a person just behind the screen chatting with them… if that person was very entertaining and incredibly well-informed about benefits.

ALEX consists of eight different interactive Conversations – Medical, Dental, Tax Savings, Life Insurance, Disability, Vision, 401 (k), Critical Illness and Accident Insurance – that can even include custom moments. Each conversation uses a slice of humor and plain English to help employees understand, select, and appreciate their benefits. Whether employees need help understanding their medical plan, contributing to a retirement fund, or calculating the right amount of life insurance to buy, ALEX highlights the best plan – taking ALL likely costs into consideration.

After ALEX shows each employee the most relevant plan, he sends out a webpage, personalized for that employee, based on the details discussed during that Conversation. We provide the employee access to that page, 24/7, year-round. It’s a handy reference guide to the most important details of the plan – from preventive care to networks to deductibles, copays, coinsurance and maximum out of pocket costs.
